Microsoft Corp.'s trademark infringement case against Lindows Inc. is set to go to trial after a federal appeals court denied the world's largest software maker's request for an appeal hearing on a key consideration in the case, according to court documents issued on Monday.
Last month we had the news about Lindows dropped their names to Linspire . Now the trial is expected to take place during the second half of this year.
